Within your 30-day free trial, as long as your chosen plan does not have a setup fee, it is completely free to send and receive faxes within your plan’s usage limit. With a 30-day free trial, you are given the opportunity to experience all the benefits of a full eFax member risk-free for 30 days. Send faxes. Receive faxes. Initial incoming pages received each month to local eFax Numbers are free, however there is a limit to the number of incoming pages you can receive. The cost to receive an individual fax is $0.10* (AUD) in Australia.

* These rates apply to fax pages that take less than 60 seconds to transmit, which covers approximately 90% of all fax pages. Faxes, regardless of size, that take longer than 60 seconds to transmit will be billed on a per-minute basis instead of per page. No special offers apply. Value Added Tax (VAT) and other consumption taxes may apply to all charges depending on your country of residence.

The cost to send an individual fax is calculated based on the recipient’s location and the length of the document sent. The cost to send an individual fax to Australian local landline number is $0.10* (AUD), and $0.41* (AUD) to send to Australian Toll-Free Number and Mobile Number

You can simply use your mobile network, hotspot or any other network to connect to the internet to access your fax service having peace of mind that your fax service is always accepting faxes on the cloud regardless of you being connected to the internet or not.

What happens if the NBN is down or I am offline?

How do I change the email address on my account?

 

There are three places you can update your email address:
Contact email address — Any updates concerning your account will be sent to this email address. To change the contact email address, login to your eFax account and click Profile.
Inbound email address(es) — You can receive faxes simultaneously at up to 5 email addresses. To update your inbound email address(es), login to your account and go to Preferences. Then select the Receive Options tab.
Send email address(es) — You can send from up to 5 email addresses. To update your send email address(es), login to your account and go to Preferences. Then select the Send Options tab.
